Brian Fabish, known to the children as "Mr. Brian", has been teaching gymnastics for 41 years. He has a Physical Education Degree from Slippery Rock University and has dedicated his life of teaching to the sport of gymnastics. At age 17, he and his brother opened a gymnastics school in Sharon, PA, he later joined his family, teaching at Jewart's Gymnastics. In 1998 Brian originated the Gymagic Bus, a gym on wheels for pre-school age children. Brian, his wife Carmela and daughter Gabriella live in Mars, PA.
Brendon Steiner, graduated with honors from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has a Masters Degree in Special Education. He is certified to teach Social Studies, has done substitute teaching at the local school districts and is "First Mate" to Mr. Brian's 'Gym Bus' staff. Brendon takes fitness seriously and works out daily. He and his wife Melissa, a local kindergarten teacher, have three young children, enjoy traveling swimming and watching movies.
Mellisa Paden, Graduated with honors from Slippery Rock University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary and special education with a minor in Spanish. She is certified in both CPR and first aid. Mellisa’s sports background includes volleyball, softball and basic gymnastics. She and her husband David have four children. Their interests include bicycling, reading, tennis, skiing and theater. She loves teaching children and is very enthusiastic.
Nicholas J Daltorio, My name is Nicholas J Daltorio and I live in Mars, Pennsylvania. I am a graduate of Seneca Valley High School. I attended Slippery Rock University and Graduated summa cum laude in 2009. I am a certified Health and Physical Education teacher. I am married to my wonderful wife Nancy. Nancy and I have a daughter named Josephine. Some of my hobbies are golfing, fly fishing, hockey, listening to and playing music, and camping. I believe staying active is one of the most important aspects of life. Working on the Gym Bus is a wonderful way for me to express my love of sports and fitness. I feel the Gym Bus offers children a unique way to stay active and also learn new skills.
Bob Lapiska, from Mars and lives with his wife Marilyn. He is the father of three grown boys. “My favorite thing about the ’gym bus’ is the ability it affords to plant the seed that physical activity, at an early age is fun". Bob has educated and coached children of all ages in various sports and holds a national license for soccer. Bob enjoys golfing, gardening and cycling as well as operating a photography business.
